August 19, 2013

Fort Worth, Texas — Local country band, Evenfold, will appear at the 2013 Whitesboro Peanut Festival presented by the Whitesboro Chamber of Commerce. The band will hit the stage at 2pm and wrap things up at 5pm on October 19th. Admission is free, and the entertainment is family friendly.

Evenfold is a rockin’ country band based out of Fort Worth, TX. For the last 5 plus years, these guys (and girl) have enjoyed playing the latest hits in country music, many old favorites, and their own original songs too. The band puts its own spin on tunes from Jason Aldean, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Kenny Chesney and other artists, as well as classics by Waylon, George and Garth. Along with the bars, honky-tonks and clubs that fuel the North Texas country music scene, Evenfold has played all types of venues and events such as:

  • Rally ‘Round Greenville Festival in Greenville, Texas
  • Creek Nation Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma
  • Fort Worth Songwriters Showcase at the Fort Worth Stockyards
  • Gene Autry Birthday Bash at Southfork Ranch
  • Coors Light Fort Worth Cats Postgame Concert
  • Fort Worth’s Oktoberfest

During each set, Evenfold takes audiences through a mix of straight-ahead, no-nonsense country music. Audiences will enjoy the laid back, genuine, country vocal stylings of Lance McKinley and Christy Gravely, along with the driving rock-influenced jams of Jeff, Jim, Jon and Joe. The band enjoys playing for live audiences, and they bring their easy-going attitudes to the stage at any venue. If you’re a fan of good country music and lively entertainment be sure to catch EvenFold at this event.

Creek Nation Casino – Tulsa, Oklahoma
EvenFold traveled back to Tulsa to play for Jason George and the folks at Creek Nation Casion. It’s always a treat for the band to go up to the Sooner State and hang with everyone.

10.5.07 – 10.6.07
Cowtown USA – Shawnee, Oklahoma
The band travelled up to Shawnee to play TWO NIGHTS for the folks at Cowtown USA. It was the first time the band played for the gang there. They love meeting new people!

9.14.07
Cowtown Sports Bar Grill
It’s been awhile since EvenFold played at CTSP&G but they enjoyed playing for everyone there. Dennis always throws a good party.

We Came. We Saw. We Rocked.
Creek Nation Casino – Tulsa, Oklahoma
Wow, what a great time the band had playing for everyone at Creek Nation Casino. Theye felt right at home in Tulsa! They had such a great response from the crowd as they joined in on the good times all throughout the night. Seems like there was one fella who decided to try a cartwheel. The excitement of the night must have gotten to him.

5.8.07
Cowtown Sports Bar Grill
What Bad Weather?
Well, it looked like the bad weather was going to rain on the parade but the party went on. Everyone who showed up seemed to enjoy the show. One of the highlights for the band was playing an original song for the crowd. The band had a blast playing for everyone there.

My Eyes: Oh What A Night It Was
From the Throne by Joe Z
Let’s face it. I have the best seat in the house. It’s my drum seat or as its called the “throne”. I had the best view to all the wild action in the bar this past Saturday night. I have one word to describe it…out of contol. Oh, wait that’s three words. Well, the place was packed and the people were ready to party. You could feel the energy in the room.
It seemed like the night went by so fast that we were barely warmed up by the time 1:00am rolled around. Regardless, we had a blast and it looked like everyone else had a good time. I know one thing: the party didn’t end after we were done. Let’s just leave it at that. Thanks to all those who continually support us by coming to our shows. We appreciate all of you.

2 .15.07
Gene Autry Birthday Celebration
SouthFork Ranch – Plano, Texas
Yes, the same SouthFork Ranch from that Dallas TV show. EvenFold took part in the birthday celebration of America’s most beloved performers – Gene Autry.

2 .10.07
What A Night At Cowtown
The year rolled on with a wild night at Cowtown. Dennis and the gang always take care of everyone in the joint.

9 .01.07
EvenFold Played The 2nd Annual Fort Worth Stockyards Party In The Yards!
What a great time we had playing at the FWSA Showcase. The turnout for the event overall was great. It was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves. Many thanks to Judy Boots and the rest of the FW Songwriters Association for having us out there to play.

10 .14..06

Fort Worth OktoberFest Presented By Coors Light
The band took their show to Oktoberfest 2006 at LaGrave Field (Home of the Fort Worth Cats Baseball Club). The band played for everyone who attended the event. Thanks to all who put the event together.
